Gift Personalization
Our personalized items make extra special one of a kind gifts. We pride ourselves on providing you with the highest quality products possible, and wish to make your shopping experience easy and convenient. Adding a personalized name to a gift makes it far more thoughtful and likely to be well received. A personalized gift is often the best thing for your mother, father, sister, brother, grandparent, wife, husband, aunt, uncle, secretary, co-worker or other significant other. You can also personalize something for yourself to add a touch of distinction to your home or office.
Cleverwares adds personalization for free, there is no extra fee for personalizing our items.
Our personalized gifts are generally shipped within 3-4 weeks. Because our products are individually made, we are unable to process rush orders.
Important: We will personalize your gift EXACTLY as you enter the text. Enter personalization with capital and lower case letters, as you would like it to appear. Do not type in all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the item to appear. If you want a product personalized with an "s" or " 's ", please enter it as part of your personalization. (Please refer to the product image for a sample of the personalization font and style.)
We stand behind the quality of the products we sell. Understandably, personalized items cannot be returned, except where there is a quality concern. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund.
If you are ordering more than one item with the same personalization, change the quantity on the shopping cart page and click on "Update Cart." Items with different personalization must be ordered individually.

Cancellations and changes must be made by 2:00 p.m. EST of the same day you place your order. Use our Contact Us Form to notify us of changes about your order.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.
