Since Victorian times, after enjoying a holiday meal, our Peppermint Pig candies have been cracked with a tiny hammer and shared by each family member. This annual holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah and New Years Day) ritual is thought to ensure "good luck and fine health" for the coming year. Our original recipe pigs are still hand crafted in small batches and poured into antique molds.
