Placing an Order

If you see a menu of selections below the product description that show colors or sizes, choose the exact item you want. The page will refresh and the item name will reflect your selection. Enter the personalization you'd like to appear on the item. Click "Add to Cart" and you will be taken to your Shopping Cart. To continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping". To checkout, click "Checkout". To find specific gifts quickly, you can search by keyword. Check Out:After you've finished shopping and personalizing your gifts, click "Shopping Cart" and "Check Out". Follow the steps to enter your shipping and billing information.Returning Customers:If you've already shopped at Cleverwares.com, you’ll be prompted in the beginning of the fast and easy checkout process to enter your password. Upon entering your password, you can enter and select addresses from your address book. You will still have to enter your credit card information and you can still change or update any information.Confirmation:After submitting your order, you'll see a receipt that you can print for your records. You will be sent an email confirmation, which will summarize your order and personalization. Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order.You will be notified by email when your order ships. If your order has been shipped via UPS you will be given a tracking number that will allow you track your order on line.
